This agreement is for a minimum duration of 4 months and will continue on a month-by-month basis. The first payment (detailed in the Proposal) will be charged to the provided card details upon signing this Work Order. Subsequent payments will be charged on the monthly anniversary date thereafter until notice of termination is provided. I agree that adequate funds will be available in the account for debit as to avoid bank bounce fees. After the initial 4 month period, termination can be given with a minimum of 30 days notice. I hereby agree and authorise Mad Lab Media to produce and publish content and advertisements on behalf of my brand(s)/business stated in this Work Order.
